Registration for the ‘24-’25 Delaware Valley Warrior Athletic Seasons has begun.
- All athletes and parents must be registered on PlanetHS (follow link)

Section 1-5 of PIAA CIPPE must be completed on PlanetHS and signed by both parent and athlete to be cleared for participation.
Section 6 PIAA CIPPE must be signed by a MD, DO, CRNP, or SNP BETWEEN 5/1/24 and 4/31/25 to be cleared for participation. Athlete Name and Date must be clearly visible on Section 6.
Return all completed Section 6 forms to the Athletic Office, Attn: Sean Giblin prior to 8/10/24.
